Below is a list of information we will need to verify to get you approved for a FHA loan.    

•·       Legal name on drivers license

•·       Social Security number

•·       Date of Birth

•·       2010 & 2011 W2's

•·       2010 & 2011 Federal Tax returns and Year to Date Profit and Loss (for self employed borrowers)

•·       30 days of most recent pay stubs (unless self employed)

•·       Current Address (if occupied for less than two years need previous address)

•·       Current Employer (Name, Address, phone, position/title, Start date, if less than 2 years need previous employment info)

•·       Current income; hourly or salary and number of hours each week

•·       Any additional income or debts (child support, alimony, VA benefits, Social Security ect....)

•·       Assets - we need two months of most recent bank statements, all pages. (we need to verify your funds for down payment and possbile closing cost)
